My 6.5 months old baby has a flat head. How can I help her without helmet therapy, which has been proposed?
Her head is very flat, not a little, but a great deal. They usually sleep on their side. Your doctor may recommend helmet therapy. We are open to any suggestion that this approach can prevent. We begin, a memory foam for them in the night, and she begins to use a lot more time to … this will help?
Frankly, from 6.5 months repositioning is very little to do. I know b / c my son ended with a DOC Band 7 months and wore it until about 10 months after the memory foam, aggressive realignment, etc. …. It is the severity, if only a few mm correction needs to be able to help reposition. However, if they are still very flat now, then you must seriously consider the helmet. I did not want to do it … It is expensive, it is not for insurance (for the most part), and I did not want people staring at him.
