How can I sue my employer and my union, I was assaulted by an employee, he has me on the hard drive with a hat?
22 ounces design Hammer. It occurred to me to my knees and jarred my neck and my jaw is out of balance now coming too. I lodged a formal complaint, and nothing was ever done. I've tried it with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, but free the only witness I have not come to work forward.I company for 18 years. and I think they wanted to get rid of me because of my age. After I complained to my union, the company brought in investigators and they found enough evidence to harassment confirm, sexual harassment, abuse of power, and yet my union will not change that. I ended up quitting and asked me if I have enough that cause to sue the company, and perhaps the Union for mis-representation. For 18 years. my life I was engaged in this company, and I'm damned mad. If anyone any advice for me, I would certainly appreciate that. I live in Alberta, Canada, and I can really afford a lawyer, but if someone can help me, they sue, I would give a percentage. Thank you in advance.
I do not know whether you have legal aid in Canada. In the United States, legal aid There are services in which lawyers work on cases pro bono (without charge) as part of their service to the state or area they are licensed in. I do not know Practice, if you have a viable case without witnesses, but that would opt for the lawyer and the court system in Canada. In the United States could The witness will be served papers by the court and would have to come forward. They would be found in contempt of court and jailed or fined if they do not cooperate. You can see whether the use in Canada. Good luck, I hope you can find a solution. If this would be a member of my family I will be knocking doors down to be heard to happen.
S omebody regularly works very hard to convince us that we have another war, in which innumerable very decent people again will be maimed and killed and the remaining powerful. Expect these efforts with all probability, North Korea or Iran to strengthen the position of Iraq as the scapegoat-of-the-moment.
D he spoke determination on the part of some or terrorize us into a war that we do not really want, can already remarkable, as we saw not so long ago with Iraq, where it was clear to pretty much from the beginning that the decision was made for the war and then the reasons had tried to justify what has already been decided.
S till, a relentless onslaught of propaganda designed frighten all to death, should some exaggerations and dubious evidence, and a couple of recent terrorist incidents do the trick to overcome the natural reluctance burning man on the skin of people he has never met. These things have always worked in the past.
W ar is a game that no nation ever really wins. It's a totally criminal operation – murder, violence, Intimidation, theft and vandalism are not the modus operandi of the
decent people, but are the province of the criminal, the man with ill-will towards his fellow man.
Show me someone who is always a war, what do think about and try to convince others also, and I'll show you a criminal, a man with crimes He better not to know the rest of us – or if we know about them, they do not recognize the deadly violations of our basic decency, that they are. Please note The next time a little crazy, whatever their nationality, persuasion or position on presidential elections and is trying to convince us, drag the war: Are you looking for a man with criminal offenses.
I t is no coincidence that criminal elements and Groups, whose agenda includes the various suppression and deprivation of honest citizens, and grow strong in war and its aftermath. This is, of course, why are they working so hard to get the rest of us led to this war.
D he problem is, we can not now be sure, since the raw destructive power available to nations driven to madness, that, if the radioactive Dust is committed to the next whether there will be no one left alive to know who "won".
Nobody, of course, to want to admit the war. Only a few are stupid enough to believe that war is fun, especially those who happen to be in one. Nobody except the criminally insane as regards children as a fun dismemberment Manner of carrying out his human relations. And no one outside of an asylum on chaos, flattened cities, Fallout or charred corpses as worthy Product of human endeavor.
So how do we keep coming again brought the game with a different passion, a game none of us want to play?
T he answer, that someone must want war, or might not happen. The war in Iraq is our most recent example: There were groupings in the United States and Iraq, which wanted the war, trying very hard to get what they wanted.
Somebody has to work very hard to convince a rule about it, that all other human community to turn itself into an orgy of blood-letting, or the destruction of all good people have worked long and hard to build is our "only option" or the "only solution."
T has not someone is always a criminal, at least guilty of incitement Millions of good men of violence against each other and, worse still, against each other's children. And if you examine the people who promote, advocate and Engineering an attack by a nation on the other you will notice that they are up to their ears in the crimes. Due to the crimes I have my offenses against the laws of their own people, it fraud, embezzlement, election fraud, human rights abuses, murder and so on. The problem is that we never investigate such people: We tend to them instead to idolize.
Some Bozo stands up and says: "Not a good attempt Reason with these dirty dogs! We need to send in the armory boats/marines/B52s and knock some democracy in them! "
Correct answer: "Okay, buddy, you have broken our laws?"
War is a product of the criminal acts committed by that person or, or that this group could be drawn in by fraud, fomenting fear and so on, millions of decent people who have no quarrel with each other.
For Sometimes, someone must PEVENT justice and negating human recognition of his kinship with his fellow man.
G ood men, after all, neither start fighting, still looking for their own wickedness, to discuss the conflicts between others. Also to benefit is not always good people from the war: it is a criminal enterprise, technical, or provoked by criminals for the profit of offenders.
The phenomenon of war, the causes are no secret. But there are some things that are different To appear.
