Can you paint a ceiling light? I want to paint the actual glass bulb – is this possible?
I'm looking to paint the ceiling lamp in the bedroom of my baby. I'm doing a Dr. Seuss theme, and I was not able to find up to a ceiling lamp and that's what I want. So, I want to know whether it is possible to do, and if so, what kind of paint safely, use (non-toxic, non-flammable, and so on) to Dr. Seuss characters on paint too. Ideas or suggestions would be are greatly appreciated.
Seems like a bad idea. It will block the light and if you ever want to change the subject, you need to buy a new light. Just paint the ceiling around the light.
