Runway incursions. Would aircraft on the ground more visible if they had fluorescent and reflective paint?
Relatively small painted areas would improve visibility significantly. Would it be a safety benefit from improving aircraft visibility? Some commercial aircraft may already these treatments, but not many?
I believe that the only way to combat the runway to / in addition to improved alertness Crew / extensive use of followme cars. The visual signals, or colors are only effective when used in small quantities consumed. if nowhere fluorescent yellow, no one pays attention to him no more.
