To keep best way to handle the meat of Freezerburn?
What is the best way to keep business wrap bought to get it from meat Freezerburn? Should I rewrap it in freezer paper, or is there something that would be better? How long can you hold before going to be doing badly? We have one of these machines, Sealing the air out of it sucks, but I have not tried it for the freezer – it was a cheap and not all the time.
This is how I wrap myself, and it has to work really well. Your portion of meat, it has been wrapped in wax paper (from freezer paper), then wrap in a square of tin foil. Sock all hunks of meat in a zipper freezer bag and close it, are squish all the air out. (Or in your case, try your seal.) Burger I usually buy in bulk Bed, so I can grab a pound out of the freezer, if necessary. I still have a problem with freezer burn.
