the method of coating is advatageous: Dacromet galvanizing or coating?
That depends on your purpose would depend on when there is significant differences in the application method and results. The electroplating process on the plate of steel with zinc, the zinc actually makes some of the steel, there are no gaps and no weaknesses (unless the task is not properly done). The Dacromet is a coating which, while respected, to the exterior of the material merge is not really at the molecular level with the actual steel itself, therefore, no collision occurs, the possibility that a gap in the protective layer. If the application is not physically present then the process suggested Dacromet is promising to be much easier to use in a small shop, where the setting Electroplating would be either difficult or too (expensive or both). For areas where it is unrealistic, a material that galvanic Dacromet would probably a good stand in.
